A girl who loves to dance, who loves to sing and who loves to love. <3 I'm complicated sometimes, easy to predict during others. I'm madly in love with the boy of my dreams, and I hope to God he's madly in love with me. :) I'm a dancer, a singer, a generally happy person. I love loving, however I don't always love life. I'm moody and sometimes a little bitchy. But I love people and I'm basically friendly. :)
Owen, 2, loves to watch his parents cook, so his father, Andrew Hook, built a kitchen play set for his birthday and shared an image of the creation on Imgur. Then came out the trolls. Apart from the comments above, users called the toddler a “f****t,” said they hoped the child would get “beat up at school” and told him to “rename your son Caitlyn.“
It’s gay if it’s in the house but if it’s for money
totally not gay, right?
Omg^
The boys I used to nanny had this huge play kitchen and the oldest would always cook me things and told me he was going to be a chef. Cooking was his passion at 4 years old. One day I came over and he refused to play with it. When I asked him why he didn’t want to cook he said “my daddy says cooking is for girls and I’m not a girl so I can’t play with it anymore”. He wouldn’t even help me cook dinner anymore. It was the saddest thing ever.
People are so weird… How did we get to this point? Where cooking a meal is considered just for a certain gender? That makes absolutely no sense at all..
Cooking a meal is considered feminine probably because women used to be in charge of cooking and whatnot in the 1970s ish and back. It’s completely ridiculous but that’s where it originated and i still don’t understand why that was even a thing. But that kitchen set is so cute and I’m impressed that they built it themselves! Let that little boy cook in his custom made toy kitchen.
But there was in Thranduil’s heart a still deeper shadow. He had seen the horror of Mordor and could not forget it. If ever he looked south its memory dimmed the light of the Sun, and though he knew that it was now broken and deserted and under the vigilance of the Kings of Men, fear spoke in his heart that it was not conquered for ever: it would arise again.
“In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.”
